DC Faith-Based Legacy Challenge™
Preserving Homeownership. Protecting Generational Wealth. Strengthening Communities.
What if we could reach a homeowner before a housing challenge becomes a crisis?
The DC Faith-Based Legacy Challenge™ is a citywide initiative led by Elevation Legacy Counseling™ to help seniors and longtime homeowners understand their options, reach trusted guidance earlier, and connect with the right resources before making major decisions about their homes.
Why This Challenge Matters
Many DC homeowners are not struggling because resources do not exist. The challenge is often not knowing:
- Where to begin
- Which issue should be addressed first
- Who to trust
- Which resources apply to their situation
- How one housing decision may affect another
- How to address title or probate concerns
The goal of the DC Faith-Based Legacy Challenge™ is to help homeowners reach support earlier, understand the complete picture, and make more informed decisions.
Unsure what will happen to your home in the future?
A Trusted Place to Begin
Elevation Legacy Counseling™ helps homeowners understand the complete picture before making major decisions about their homes.
Our approach looks at three areas that often overlap:
Physical
Financial
Legal
